The Australian Workplace Giving Awards celebrate outstanding workplace giving programs across the country. The Awards are designed to spotlight leading programs that will inspire and motivate businesses, charities and employees to grow workplace giving.

The winners of the 9th Annual Australian Workplace Giving Awards were unveiled at a prestigious event held in Sydney’s Barangaroo on Wednesday 20th November 2024. The Awards recognised the remarkable contributions of businesses, charities and their employees and was generously hosted by Westpac Group.
As the leading organisation promoting workplace giving across Australia, Workplace Giving Australia is proud to spotlight programs that not only make a difference to charitable causes but also strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.

The Independent Judging Panel
Thank you to the panel of diverse industry leaders and independent judges, led by Simon Robinson, Director of B4SI APAC, as Judging Chair this year.
The judging panel generously commit their time and expertise across the application and judging period which also extends to helping to refine and improve the application process each year, leading to a record number of applications in 2024.
Strong themes in the application that the judges commented on this year were leadership commitment, engagement strategies, clear communications, measurable outcomes and community centric approaches.
Workplace Giving Australia is grateful for support from Simon and B4SI in refreshing the application and judging framework for 2024.
