Workplace giving is a collaborative relationship between employers, employees, and charities with one main goal – supporting causes and communities in need. The programs continue to evolve, and we will celebrate all forms of workplace giving, from pre-tax payroll giving programs to innovative charity and employer partnerships, employee-nominated grants programs, and more.

The Awards are judged by a panel of independent thought leaders and champions of workplace giving.

“JB Hi-Fi is incredibly proud to have our Helping Hands program recognised as winner of this year’s 2023 Workplace Giving Program of the Year category. These awards are a fantastic way to celebrate our magnificent team for giving generously to Helping Hands and have helped JB donate more than $33m to our charity partners. We believe in workplace giving as a powerful way to contribute to our charity partners ...”
