Consider this. Only 204,000 Australians currently give at work. The good news is that increased workplace giving would significantly boost regular, much-needed funding to the charitable sector and create engaged and purposeful workforces for companies with high participation programs.
Members of The Network contribute to Workplace Giving Australia's goal of driving change to make giving part of everyday life. In addition to supporting the cause, members receive direct access to exclusive events with topical keynote speakers, group discussions, regular educational workshops, resources, and support from like-minded peers facing similar challenges.
Harnessing collective power to drive change
The Network is a passionate group working together to increase charitable sector funding. Furthermore, members include businesses and charities leading by example and regularly sharing best practice examples of successful workplace giving programs. In fact, across the membership group, the average participation rate for payroll giving within their programs is 43%, with some as high as 90%. By working with thought leadership, charities and corporations produce invaluable outcomes for all involved.
