Nerida Caesar

Nerida Caesar

Nerida is Co-Chairman of Workplace Giving Australia.

She is a Non-Executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation as well as of  NBN Co Limited and Creditor Watch (CCH Holdings). Prior to this, Nerida was Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand, of Equifax, formerly Veda Group Limited (VED.AX) from February 2011 to June 2017. She is also a former director of Genome.One Pty Ltd and Stone and Chalk Limited.

Nerida was formerly Group Managing Director, Telstra Enterprise and Government, responsible for Telstra’s corporate, government and large business customers in Australia as well as the international sales division. She also worked as Group Managing Director, Telstra Wholesale.

Prior to joining Telstra, Nerida held several senior management positions with IBM within Australia and internationally over a 20-year period, including as Vice President of IBM’s Intel Server Division for the Asia Pacific region. Nerida is currently an advisor to organisations in the technology industry.

Michael Graf

Michael is Co-Chairman of Workplace Giving Australia and a member of the Investment Committee.

He brings the world of ICT, finance and investment, and philanthropy together. His career includes 24 years of senior executive experience with IBM and he is an advisor and board director for a number of start-up enterprises and not-for-profits.

Michael is a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Ability Made and Together4Youth. He also serves on the Boards of Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home and Philanthropy Australia.

Frances Drummond

An accomplished intellectual property advisor, strategist, and lawyer with 30+ years of global experience, Frances is currently advising at Deloitte. Previously she was the Head of Intellectual Property at Norton Rose Fulbright. Frances has been in leadership roles for over 15 years and is also an experienced board director.

She was previously Chair of Gowrie NSW. Frances has supported the Not for Profit sector as a Pro Bono lawyer for years representing ACON, Suicide Prevention Australia, Garvan Institute and many others.

Richard Fleming

Richard is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company the leader of Bain & Company's Asia-Pacific Advanced Analytics practice, as well as a leader in their Transformation and Change practice. He has more than 25 years of management consulting experience, advising business leaders on their biggest opportunities and challenges. 

He has applied his consulting expertise globally, having served clients in the North America, Australia, the United Kingdom, and across Asia. Prior to joining Bain & Company in 2001, Richard worked for two other global consulting firms with a focus on technology.

Richard is a member of the UTS Council, the university’s governing body.

Nikki Kinloch

Nikki is Chief Executive Officer.

An experienced Executive leader with a background in FinTech, business transformation, and most recently, innovation in the not-for-profit sector as CEO at Cure Cancer, before joining Workplace Giving Australia.

Prior to Cure Cancer, Nikki was based in Singapore where she was CEO of Asia’s largest online fundraising platform Simply Giving. The platform works with over 2,000 charities in 20 countries across the region dealing with challenges such as extreme poverty, illiteracy, homelessness and disease prevention. Her leadership culminated in the organisation winning the Success in ASEAN award in the 2018 Singapore Business Awards.

She has also held leadership positions in Hong Kong (JustGiving) and Europe (Expedia) in technology lead global companies and is passionate about combining the power of social media and technology to build Tech4Good solutions.

An accomplished public speaker at events across Asia Pacific and in Europe, Nikki is a Board Member for The International Churchill Society, a member of The United Nations Committee for Women and a member of and speaker for The Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN)

Nikki holds a Master of Science in International Business Economics, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Politics and International Economics. Nikki was honoured to receive the Governor-General of Australia's Medallion in December 2020. Nikki was also nominated for both the 2019 and 2023 CEO of the Year Award, Third Sector Australia.

Jimmy McGarty

Jimmy is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

He is a partner at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance and has served some of Deloitte’s largest and most complex clients. Jimmy has been with Deloitte all of his 16 year career and has significant experience in providing audit and advisory services to ASX 200 companies.

Jimmy has developed a reputation for his technical ability, hands-on management style, excellent client relationship skills, and ability to execute complex engagements. He is highly regarded for his client service and his commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving issues.

Jimmy has extensive experience across other assurance areas including controls assessment and due diligence. He has undertaken a wide variety of specialist engagements including listed capital raisings, debt raisings pursuant to acquisitions and other accounting advisory work.

Daintree Peters

Daintree is Chair of the Technology Advisory Group and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

He is Chief Executive Officer at Assembler (Accelerate Compliance Pty Ltd), with two decades of experience in technology and business transformation, consulting, and product delivery.

With experience in multiple international markets, within both enterprise and entrepreneurial businesses, Daintree is currently active in bringing technology-based products to market, and is involved in all aspects from concept to development, sales and marketing, and on to operationalisation.

Daintree is also active in mentoring programs for secondary and tertiary students, as well as mentoring individuals and emerging businesses.

Tim Sims

Tim is a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners. He was Chairman and Managing Partner of Bain in Australia and South Africa and a Founding Partner of the LEK Partnership.

He has served on the Boards of the Garvan Foundation, Ravenswood School, and is invested in a range of other philanthropic and community endeavours.

Duncan Taylor

Duncan is General Manager, Financial Services Industry ANZ at Microsoft. 

With a career spanning over 15 years at Microsoft, Duncan previously led Microsoft’s consulting business across ANZ, with a focus on Commercial industries and Government. Duncan is passionate about delivering client success and driving partnerships that can positively impact economic and social outcomes in the region.

Prior to this, Duncan was part of the Enterprise Commercial team who was responsible for Microsoft’s largest financial services clients. Before this, Duncan spent 8 years with Microsoft in the UK where he established and led the first Microsoft cloud team. 

Before joining Microsoft, Duncan held sales and leadership roles within the telecommunications Industry most notably at British Telecom and Telstra.

Tom Bodger

Tom is Chief Operating Officer.

Tom started his career with Deloitte in London before moving to Australia where he was a Director in Deloitte’s Assurance & Advisory division working with a variety of multi-national and local businesses largely in the technology and consumer business industries. He has wide financial experience in the corporate and charitable sectors most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.

Tom has a degree in Computer Science and French, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

As Chief Operating Officer of Workplace Giving Australia he leads our Finance, Technology, and Client Success teams.

Nikki Anstis

Nikki is Chief Development Officer.

Since joining the organisation in 2019, Nikki has been driving initiatives that connect corporates, employees, and charities to increase workplace giving across the country. She now leads the Business Development, Marketing, and Advocacy teams at Workplace Giving Australia. 

Currently a Global Executive MBA candidate at the University of Sydney and recipient of the Leadership in Social Impact Scholarship, Nikki is combining advanced education with practical expertise to create meaningful change in the charitable sector.

Nikki's career started in Marketing and Communications at RedBull New Zealand and includes over 4 years at Coca-Cola Amatil in state and regional business development roles.
